Have you ever washed a window, watched it dry, and found spots anyway? The problem was never your technique. It was the water.
Why Tap Water Spots
Tap water carries dissolved minerals — mainly calcium and magnesium. When a droplet dries on glass, the water evaporates and the minerals stay behind as a visible spot. Traditional window cleaning manages this by squeegeeing every drop off the pane before it dries. It works, but it is slow, it is awkward above the first floor, and the frames and sills usually get skipped entirely.
How Pure Water Cleaning Works
Water is run through filtration — reverse osmosis and deionization — that strips out the dissolved minerals. What is left is pure water with nothing to deposit. It is fed through a pole with a soft brush head: the brush lifts dust, pollen, and grime from the glass, frames, and sills, then a final rinse sheets pure water across the pane. The water dries on its own — perfectly clear, no squeegee needed.
Why It Is Our Standard
- Truly streak-free results, even in direct sun where every squeegee stroke shows
- Frames and sills get cleaned too, not just the glass
- Upper floors are reached from the ground — no ladders leaning against your siding or over your landscaping
- No chemical residue left on glass, paint, or plants
For tall glass where even a pole will not reach, our drone system carries the same pure water to the upper floors. Either way, the promise is the same: glass that looks like it is not there.
